Poster Submission Guidelines
There are the formal poster sessions like the oral presentation sessions during ITPI International conference 2017 at New Delhi, India. Those authors who wish to submit their abstracts and their abstracts are selected, will be allowed to present their poster during the formal poster sessions at the conference. One poster session duration is about 2.5 hours and hence allows you more time to present to a much larger audience base.

Themes will be organised by the name of Plenary Sessions and Tracks. Each Track has two sub-themes. So if someone is choosing a track, sub-theme of that track should be chosen for preparation of a poster. The list of the sessions and tracks is mentioned below:

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Formal Poster Session:
Formal Poster sessions would be organized during the International Conference-2017 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, India. Those author who wish to submit their poster, will be allowed to present their poster during the formal Poster sessions at the Conference. One poster session duration is about 2.5 hours and hence allows poster presenters more time to present to a large audience base.
- Paper received from authors submitting posters will be published in the International Conference Proceedings along with the recommendations.
- No TA/DA is admissible.
- Besides, Certificate of paper presentation will be issued to authors.
Poster Dimensions:
Each poster session author will be provided a poster board area and mounting pins. Poster boards are Vertical. The board will indicate the poster number in upper right or left corner. Poster should be prepared on A0 Size Paper.
Poster set up:
- Authors are responsible for mounting their posters in the morning of their presentation and removing them as soon as the session ends. Unremoved posters will be discarded.
- All illustrations, charts, etc., to be posted should be prepared in advance as materials for these purposes will not be available at the meeting site.
- Each poster must include text in a large enough font (~20 point font) to be read easily by attendees from a distance of 1.5 meters or more. Lettering on illustrations should be large and legible. Photographs should be a minimum of 15 x 20 cm. Material should be displayed in logical sequence (introduction, development, and conclusion) and each sheet should be numbered.
- No commercial activities or any advertising may be displayed on the posters. Non-compliance with this rule will result in the poster being removed.
Poster Review:
A judging panel will review your posters during the session. Top three posters would be awarded during the valedictory Session. Certificates of Presentation will be awarded to all the presenting authors. While posters should be self-explanatory, Poster Presenters should plan to be available to stand by their posters to answer any questions during the session.
Author Registration:
Presenter must register for the conference and attend the formal sessions. For registration, please visit- http://www.itpi.org.in/conference-2016-2017/registration.html . Poster session is part of the Conference program. The ITPI recommends that the poster should be presented by the first author. If that is not possible, please designate which author will be present at the session to discuss the work with attendees.
Note:
No travel, accommodation and other expenses will paid by the ITPI.
